Nancy grew up on a farm on the eastern part of the state. She went to school at UW Stevens Point and graduated with a Wildlife Management and Biology degree. Worked various jobs with the DNR and Pheasants Forever before becoming a full-time employee for the DNR in 2006. Since 2006 she has had jobs with the DNR as a CWD (Chronic Wasting Disease) Deer Biologist, Dane County Biologist, and her current position as the Sauk County Biologist.
