Due to the state’s restrictions on volunteer work on state land, this work day has been cancelled.
Join fellow volunteers for a work day on the Badger Lands. Today we will visit the Hillside Prairie, a remnant prairie on the state-managed Sauk Prairie Recreation Area, to remove invasive species.
Saturday, April 11, 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Meet at 8:45am at the Badger Museum parking area just inside the main Badger gate on Hwy 12, across from the Citgo station, 9 miles north of the Sauk City bridge. Wear layers of clothing appropriate to the season, good boots or shoes and work gloves (if you have them). We will provide tools, water and snacks (and work gloves as needed).
